Brian Brown

Brian S. Brown, a founding partner and Managing Member of the firm, brings over thirty years of legal expertise to his practice, which is centered on medical malpractice and nursing home abuse litigation. With a remarkable record, Brian has tried more than 100 tort cases, securing multiple multi-million dollar verdicts. His efforts have resulted in over $175 million in recoveries for his clients, achieved through both trials and settlements.

Brian's appellate experience is equally extensive, having appeared before the Maryland Court of Appeals twelve times and the Court of Special Appeals more than fifty times. This underscores his profound understanding of the judicial system.

He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. His professional memberships include the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

An active contributor to the legal community, Brian has presented on various legal topics, including for the Inn of Court and over ten times at HB Litigation Conferences. He has also shared his insights with the Circuit Court of Baltimore City on the evolving law of expert testimony in Maryland.
