Elisha Nicole Hawk

Elisha N. Hawk joined Jenner Law, P.C. as a partner in 2023, dedicating her practice to representing individuals and families impacted by the negligence and misconduct of others. Her legal focus includes personal injury, mass torts, therapy abuse, clergy abuse, and nursing home abuse and neglect.

Elisha began her legal career as an associate under the guidance of Rob Jenner, the founding partner of Jenner Law, P.C. She developed extensive experience in cases involving harmful drugs and defective medical devices. Her early work included significant involvement in mass tort litigation, such as the pain pump and Lipitor cases, which laid the foundation for her later success in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation.

With over 15 years of practice, Elisha has established herself as a dedicated advocate, committed to securing the best outcomes for her clients. Her unwavering dedication is evident both in court and in her interactions with clients, where she prioritizes their trust and well-being. She passionately defends those wronged by nursing homes, healthcare providers, clergy, or any individuals who misuse their authority.

Elisha's achievements have been recognized widely within the legal community. She was appointed as the state chair for Maryland in the multidistrict litigation concerning contaminated steroids from New England Compounding Pharmacy. In 2014, the Maryland Daily Record acknowledged her as a “leading woman.” Her contributions to the legal field include published articles in the Maryland Association for Justice’s Trial Reporter and the Maryland Daily Record.

Her professional accolades include being named to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list from 2013 to 2018, the Super Lawyers list from 2020 to 2023, and Best Lawyers in Personal Injury Litigation for 2024.
