Justin P. Zuber

Justin P. Zuber is a dedicated attorney with a focus on medical malpractice, serious personal injury, and wrongful death cases throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. His passion for medicine drives his commitment to researching and writing about complex malpractice issues.

Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Zuber completed his undergraduate studies at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor's degree in English Literature in 2005. He then pursued his legal education at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, graduating with honors.

Before joining Miller and Zois, Mr. Zuber refined his litigation expertise at two Maryland law firms. He has represented clients statewide in personal injury, workers' compensation, real estate, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Zuber boasts extensive trial experience in Maryland's District and Circuit Courts and has managed cases in Federal Court and on Appeal. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for Maryland.

Residing in Howard County, Maryland, Mr. Zuber is an enthusiastic runner, participating annually in marathons and half-marathons for charity. He enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, Brooke, and their three dogs, Cara, Emily, and Cooper.
