Ramsey, P.A., where she adeptly handled complex cases in Maryland's Circuit and District Courts.

Kim's legal career was inspired by her quest for knowledge and justice. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993, following her graduation from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, consistently achieving the Dean’s List.

Her earlier service in the United States Army in 1985 instilled in her the values of discipline, resilience, and duty, which she carries into her legal practice. Advocacy is central to her work, driven by a belief in standing up for justice despite challenges.
