G. Neil Ripley

G. Neil Ripley is an integral part of the litigation practice at Croessmann & Westberg, where he focuses on business, commercial, and construction litigation. Neil provides representation for construction clients, businesses, business owners, and shareholders, addressing a wide array of contractual, commercial, and derivative disputes.

Neil has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts. His practice also includes representing clients in areas such as lien enforcement, tax defense, secured transactions, negotiable instruments, and business torts.

Before joining Croessmann & Westberg, Neil began his legal journey at the U.S. Department of Justice. He later honed his skills as an associate at a business litigation firm located in Alexandria, Virginia.
