Glenn W.D. Golding is a distinguished trial attorney with a focus on real estate, construction, and commercial litigation. Notable achievements in his career include securing a multi-million dollar judgment in a fraud and forgery case, achieving a favorable arbitration outcome for a home improvement contractor, and successfully defending property owners in real estate contract disputes. He has also effectively defended a local municipality against employment discrimination and civil rights claims and won summary judgment in a land dispute with a local county, subsequently defending the judgment on appeal.
