Justin Katz

Justin Katz has dedicated his career to handling a broad spectrum of complex personal injury cases. His expertise includes motor vehicle collisions, automobile negligence claims, bus and trucking accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, swimming pool and drowning incidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, animal attacks, dog bites, workers’ compensation claims, and first- and third-party bad faith claims.

Recognized for his legal acumen, Justin was named a “Rising Star” by Maryland Super Lawyers in 2011 and has maintained this honor annually since. He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and was included in the Top 40 under 40 list from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, he holds a Superb 10/10 rating on AVVO.

Justin is admitted to practice in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and Virginia, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the United States District Court for the State of Maryland, the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Commonwealth of Virginia (Eastern District).

He earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
