Stephen A. Cruz

Stephen A. Cruz is a key member of the corporate and litigation team at Croessmann & Westberg, where he focuses on construction disputes, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a wealth of experience defending and representing construction clients in legal proceedings across the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts within these jurisdictions.

Stephen is also skilled in representing clients before the American Arbitration Association and other alternative dispute resolution methods. His expertise extends to advising construction and real estate clients on business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, and employment matters.

Before joining Croessmann & Westberg, Stephen served as an associate at a Construction Litigation Practice in Rockville, Maryland. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David A. Boynton at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
