Hunter Duke

Hunter Duke serves as an attorney and operations manager at WGK Personal Injury Lawyers, where he devotes his expertise to advocating for clients facing diverse legal issues. His educational journey began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice. During his time there, he participated in the International Studies Scholars Program, receiving a College Park Scholars Citation in International Studies.

Hunter Duke furthered his legal education by obtaining a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. His practical experience includes an internship with the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City's Felony Crimes Division in 2013, and a legislative internship with Senator Robert Zirkin during the 2014 Maryland General Assembly Legislative Session.

He also gained valuable insights through internships with the Prince George’s County Policy Department's Financial and Organized Crimes Unit and as a law clerk in various legal fields, including Trust, Wills, and Estate Planning, Property law, and DUI/DWI defense. Additionally, he worked with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).

Hunter Duke is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. His practice areas encompass personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and personal bankruptcy matters. Throughout his career, he has been committed to his role at the family-owned firm, WGK Personal Injury Lawyers.
