Mr Timothy Conlon

Timothy T. Conlon, Esquire, originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, is the lead attorney at The Custody Place, a pioneering law firm in Frederick, Maryland, focused on family law, custody, visitation, and divorce. A married father of three, Tim's academic journey began at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he completed his undergraduate degree. He also spent a year studying at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Tim earned his Juris Doctorate of Laws with honors from Temple University Law School in 1995.

After law school, Tim gained valuable experience in Anchorage, Alaska, working on family law, native rights, and interstate child abduction cases. He further honed his expertise by completing studies in Maryland Family Law with honors at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he studied under Judge Fader, the author of 'Maryland Family Law.'

Upon moving to Maryland, Tim served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Frederick County Circuit Court, a prestigious role given the court's jurisdiction over custody, children, and divorce matters in Maryland.
