Oleg Fastovsky

Oleg Fastovsky, a distinguished graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, has dedicated his career to criminal defense following a clerkship at the Court of Special Appeals. Practicing across Maryland, including Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore, he is admitted to both Maryland State and Federal Courts. His practice focuses on defending clients facing a broad spectrum of criminal charges, ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies and federal offenses. Over the years, Mr. Fastovsky has achieved excellent results for his clients through diligent work and expertise.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Fastovsky served as an associate professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law. There, he led the university's National Trial Competition, imparting trial advocacy skills to students and preparing them for regional and national competitions.
