Scott Hartinger

Scott Hartinger is a distinguished attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation, business litigation, traffic/criminal, and family law. With a comprehensive background in all the firm’s practice areas, Scott is also a skilled mediator.

Scott graduated in 1993 from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and earned his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Following his law degree, he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James L. Ryan at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

Scott is admitted to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. His admissions include the Court of Appeals of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, District of Columbia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

In addition to his legal practice, Scott actively participates in community volunteer efforts through Bar Association activities and personal initiatives. He lives in Middletown with his wife, Jennifer, and their children, Thomas and Kate.
