Michael J. Heineman

Michael J. Heineman is a seasoned attorney at Heinlein, Beeler, Mingace & Heineman, P.C., where he specializes in personal injury cases. His practice encompasses all stages of the civil litigation process, from case evaluation to trial and appeal, when necessary.

He began his legal career at Newman Durso & Itzkowitz in Boston, focusing on personal injury litigation, particularly premises liability and sexual assault claims. In 1996, he co-founded Mingace & Heineman, PC with Christopher Mingace, establishing a thriving general litigation practice. From 1996 to 2014, he concentrated on medical negligence cases.

Since starting his practice in 1990, Attorney Heineman has represented plaintiffs in a variety of cases in both State and Federal Courts. His current practice continues to focus on representing victims of negligence, including medical providers' negligence. His expertise includes personal injury cases related to construction site accidents, automobile collisions, products liability, medical and nursing home negligence, and civil rights issues.

Attorney Heineman graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1985 and earned his law degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1990. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
