Stephanie Marzouk

Stephanie Marzouk is an accomplished attorney specializing in immigration law. She is committed to uniting families in the United States and advocating for their right to remain. Her practice areas include family petitions, waivers, marriage-based petitions, consular processing, removal proceedings, bond hearings, asylum cases, adjustment of status, appeals, motions to reopen, mandamus for stalled cases, and naturalization.

Stephanie's legal journey began at Harvard Law School, where she engaged with the Criminal Justice Institute and the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a summer intern with the Orleans Public Defenders in New Orleans and the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.

Before establishing her own practice, Stephanie honed her skills as a staff attorney at Prisoners’ Legal Services of Massachusetts, an associate at a Boston general practice law firm, and a law clerk for a magistrate judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to her legal career, she served as a teacher and paralegal, and completed a year of AmeriCorps service in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Her academic credentials include degrees from Louisiana State University and the University of Minnesota.

Stephanie actively contributes to professional organizations. She has served as co-chair of the Solo and Small Firm Forum of the Boston Bar Association (2019-20), co-chair of the Solo and Small Firm Committee of the Women’s Bar Association (2018-19), and is a member of the New England chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2016. Her volunteer work includes regular contributions to the City of Boston’s Office of Immigrant Advancement and Know Your Rights presentations with the PAIR Project. Additionally, she co-founded the Muslim Justice League and served on its board from 2017 to 2019.
