Adrian LeCesne

Adrian LeCesne provides comprehensive legal counsel in litigation, immigration, environmental law, land use, municipal permits and licenses, business contracts, and landlord-tenant issues. A proud graduate of Stanford Law School in 2013, Adrian honed his skills at one of the nation's top 100 law firms within the energy and environmental group. During this tenure, he addressed water quality and public utility rate issues in San Diego before establishing his own firm.

In his independent practice, Adrian has successfully litigated cases prompting local governments to reinstate improperly suspended permits and licenses for small businesses. He has also represented individuals in lawsuits against homeowners associations for negligence and has filed numerous petitions with the immigration court and USCIS, achieving an approximately 80% success rate for EB-1 visa applications.

Adrian is also a professor of Legal Skills and Environmental Law at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
