Matthew J. Maiona

Matthew J. Maiona is a partner at Maiona Ward, specializing in immigration law for over 18 years. Serving clients across the United States, he works with a variety of sectors such as hospitals, environmental companies, IT, hospitality, construction, architecture, retail, engineering, and insurance. His practice includes representing both employers and employees before the US Citizenship & Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, U.S. Embassies, Consulates, state labor agencies, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer, and federal courts.

Attorney Maiona is a recognized speaker, having appeared on television and served as a keynote speaker at seminars for organizations like the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) at both local and national levels, the Employment Management Association of New England, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), and Sterling Education Services. He frequently addresses topics related to business immigration law and removal defense.
