Christopher Hennessey

Christopher Hennessey is a seasoned attorney practicing in all areas of litigation, appearing in state courts and the federal district court in Massachusetts. He also possesses experience with appellate and federal courts in New York. His legal practice includes representing businesses in Internet and technology issues, as well as handling cases involving trademark litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright infringement.

Chris has been actively involved in employment law, advocating for both individuals and businesses in claims presented to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Before joining Cohen Kinne, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Ian McLachlan at the Connecticut Appellate Court. He also gained valuable courtroom experience as a staff attorney with the New Hampshire Public Defender, representing clients in numerous jury and bench trials.

During his law school years, Chris earned a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property and interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office of the Solicitor. Additionally, he gained experience in the litigation department of a major motion picture studio in California.
