Daniel C. Roache

Daniel C. Roache serves as Of Counsel at the Bellotti Law Group, P.C., where he brings extensive expertise in Family Law. Practicing in Boston, Massachusetts, Dan has dedicated over 25 years to representing clients before the Probate Courts in Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, and Worcester counties.

Dan's comprehensive knowledge of family law allows him to handle intricate cases involving contested custody, child removal, business valuations, support and alimony, forensic evaluations, and complex asset tracing. He has tried numerous divorce cases and appeared before both the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, always prioritizing client protection during the emotional divorce process.

In addition to his practice, Dan is a Conciliator for the Middlesex County Probate Court, appointed by judges to mediate divorce cases involving custody and support issues. He has also been appointed as a Guardian ad Litem by judges in Suffolk and Middlesex Probate Courts for child-related matters.

Dan is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Family Law Section, and as an Instructor in Trial Practice with the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program. A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Dan lives with his family in suburban Boston.
