Kevin Patrick Seaver

For over three decades, Kevin Patrick Seaver has been a leading figure in Family Law in Boston, Massachusetts. His legal practice encompasses Divorce, Alimony, Child Custody, Child Support, Division of Assets, Contempt, Modification, and both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. In addition, Kevin is dedicated to defending clients against false child abuse allegations made by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and works tirelessly to resolve DCF cases across Massachusetts. He also handles appeals for adverse DCF decisions through Fair Hearings.

Kevin earned his LL.M. from Tulane University Law School in 1990 and graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in 1989. He also holds a BA from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Bar of Massachusetts.
