Marilyn T. McGoldrick

Marilyn T. McGoldrick focuses her legal practice on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation as well as class action lawsuits. She serves clients across Massachusetts and throughout the nation. Her academic credentials include a degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a cum laude graduation from Suffolk University Law School.

Ms. McGoldrick is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association, where she has held leadership roles such as Co-Chair of the New Lawyers Section (2000-2001) and Steering Committee Member. Additionally, she contributes to the American Association for Justice.

Her commitment to community service is demonstrated through her pro bono work with the Central Square Theater and the Arlington Underground Railway Theater Company. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the WOT Theater Festival.

Marilyn's professional achievements are recognized through a BV® Distinguished™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell and her inclusion as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer. She is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
