Ashley McCormack

Ashley McCormack is a dedicated advocate for clients facing diverse legal challenges. She has a wealth of experience in prosecuting and defending a broad range of cases in both state and federal courts across Massachusetts.

A graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law, Ashley began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bristol County D.A.'s Office. During this time, she prosecuted cases in New Bedford, Fall River, and Juvenile Courts. Her role involved arguing for the Commonwealth in various criminal hearings and trials, including bail and pre-trial detention hearings, motions to suppress evidence, and probation violations. Her prosecutorial experience, which included conducting witness and victim interviews and managing discovery, equips her with a deep understanding of criminal defense strategies.

Ashley has also contributed her expertise to two mid-sized law firms in Boston, representing insured individuals and businesses as panel counsel for national and multinational insurance companies. Her civil litigation practice encompasses defending claims related to personal injury, property damage, professional malpractice, consumer protection, and products liability. She has handled cases ranging from car accidents and contract breaches to worksite fatalities, offering a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation.
