Claudine A. Cloutier

Claudine A. Cloutier, a seasoned trial attorney, has been a partner at Keches Law Group since 1996, where she manages the litigation departments. Her notable trial achievements include a 2017 Barnstable County jury verdict exceeding $4 million, as well as Suffolk Superior Court verdicts surpassing $2 million and $1 million in construction site injury cases. Additionally, she secured a $475,000 jury verdict in a products liability case in Hall County, Georgia. Her numerous settlements have been highlighted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and the Verdict Reporter.

An active contributor to legal education, Claudine has presented at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars and authored several articles, including “Who Is Responsible For An Injury On a Residential Construction Project?” and “Evaluating, Settling & Trying Personal Injury Cases – Trial from Plaintiff’s Perspective.” She also co-authored and updated the MCLE article on the Practical Aspects of Pursuing a Construction Injury Claim.

Claudine is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Her professional excellence has been recognized by Boston Magazine, naming her a Super Lawyer in both Massachusetts and New England.

Claudine earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1992 and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1995. She has been admitted to the bar in Massachusetts since 1995 and in Rhode Island since 1996. During law school, she received the American Jurisprudence Award and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Scholastic Excellence.
