Born in Braintree, Massachusetts, Attorney Percy now resides in Wrentham, Massachusetts with his family. He graduated cum laude from both Boston University and American University College of Law. His practice addresses diverse and complex real estate and business issues, and he frequently lectures on these topics.

Attorney Percy is also committed to community service, having served on the Board of Directors for several organizations. He is a firm believer in giving back to the communities the firm serves.

Education includes a J.D. cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 1986, where he was a Teaching Fellow and a member of the Law Review Board. He also earned a B.A. cum laude in Political Science and History from Boston University in 1982.
