Bruce H Murray

Bruce H Murray is a highly experienced trial attorney known for his extensive work in personal injury litigation and trial advocacy. His legal expertise has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, which named one of his defense verdicts among the top ten in 2002. Additionally, he was distinguished as a Top Attorney in North America by the Who's Who Directories for 2015-2016.

Mr. Murray's practice is centered on the preparation and trial of cases involving complex general liability, personal injury, commercial and residential premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, pharmacy errors and omissions, wrongful death, professional liability, product liability, construction site accidents, property damage, unfair business practices (c. 93A, c. 176D), insurance claims, arbitration, and mediation.

Over his career, Mr. Murray has tried well over 100 cases to verdict, including more than 65 jury trials in the Superior Court, boasting an impressive track record. He shares his knowledge by lecturing on trial practice and premises liability for continuing education programs, including those organized by the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and for the retail and insurance sectors.

Mr. Murray contributes to the legal community as a volunteer judge for the Massachusetts Bar Association and Suffolk Law School Mock Trial Tournaments. He also volunteers as a conciliator in the Brockton, Stoughton, and Quincy District Courts. His commitment extends to his role as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association.

A 1984 graduate from the University of Rhode Island, Mr. Murray earned his law degree cum laude from the New England School of Law in 1987, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Murray is a licensed Real Estate Broker and, along with his family, actively participates in the Fresh Air Fund, hosting children annually.
