Megan D. Burak

Megan D. Burak serves as a senior associate attorney at Joel H. Schwartz, P.C., focusing on personal injury law. Megan is skilled in navigating all stages of personal injury claims and is proficient in various alternative dispute resolution methods.

Before joining Joel H. Schwartz, P.C., Megan honed her expertise as an associate attorney at a respected firm in Woburn, Massachusetts, where she concentrated on personal injury cases. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in General Education. In 2009, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. During her law studies, Megan was recognized with multiple Dean’s Scholars distinctions and gained practical experience as a certified legal intern at the City of Jacksonville’s Office of General Counsel.

Megan was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and her Jack Russell Terrier.
