Howard M. Brown

Howard M. Brown founded Boston Employment Law PC in 2016, bringing decades of experience in employment law, business litigation, and appeals. Since 1986, he has represented both employers and employees in state and federal courts and agencies. His expertise includes handling cases related to wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Massachusetts law, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on age, race, disability, and sex. He also addresses wrongful termination and issues involving trade secrets and non-competition agreements.

In addition to litigation, Howard provides counsel on employment law matters such as COBRA, the Family and Medical Leave Act, reasonable accommodation for disabled employees, employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks. Over the years, he has managed hundreds of employment cases, with most reaching settlement. However, he has also tried numerous cases in court, before administrative agencies, and arbitrators.
