Qin Zhou

Qin "Felix" Zhou serves as a Senior Associate Attorney at Mullane, Michel & McInnes, LLP, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. His practice areas include Educational Law, Transactional Law, and Civil Litigation. Felix is dedicated to advising and representing students from high school through university in various school disciplinary matters, including initial statements, investigatory hearings, decision hearings, and appeals.

In addition to his work with students, Felix represents Massachusetts car dealerships in civil disputes and regularly appears in both District and Superior Court. He is also a strong advocate for indigent clients, representing them before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Felix's academic background is marked by his achievements at Suffolk University Law School, where he received the Trustee Academic Scholarship, consistently made the Dean’s List, and served as Comment Editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
