John P. DiBartolo Jr.

John P. DiBartolo Jr. leads a dedicated legal practice at the Law Offices of John P. DiBartolo, Jr., exclusively handling personal injury cases. John's journey began in Queens, NY, and he was raised on Long Island. He attended St. John the Baptist High School before earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1989, supported by a football scholarship. His early career as an insurance adjuster provided him with deep insights into the claims process.

In 1995, John graduated with a J.D. from Albany Law School and dedicated his career to representing injury victims. Admitted to practice in both New York and Massachusetts, he worked at a Northampton law firm specializing in personal injury for six years before establishing his own practice in 2001. He expanded with offices in Greenfield in 2004 and Northampton in 2006.

John is an active member of the Hampshire County Bar Association and contributes to the legal community as a lecturer for the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA). He serves on MATA's Board of Governors and supports the Pioneer Valley Ballet.

Beyond his legal work, John is committed to community service, having served on the Board of Directors for the Northampton Survival Center for a decade. He is also an assistant football coach at Northampton High School and has received the Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service Award in 2008.
