Claudia Jocelyne Kokaz Muslu

Claudia Jocelyne Kokaz Muslu is a seasoned immigration attorney based in Dorchester Center, Massachusetts. An immigrant herself, Claudia's journey through the U.S. immigration system began in 1999 when she relocated to Boston. Her legal education includes a law degree from the University of Istanbul, a Master of Law from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration from Simmons College Graduate School of Management. She is fluent in English, Turkish, and French.

Claudia's legal career commenced as a corporate attorney at White & Case in Istanbul, Turkey. Her personal experiences with the U.S. immigration system, including navigating various visas such as the F-1 student visa, J-1 waiver, DV diversity visa lottery, and H-1B visa, culminated in her and her husband becoming naturalized U.S. citizens in 2013. This journey fueled her passion for U.S. immigration law.

After studying immigration law, Claudia taught at the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. She then initiated an immigration practice at a suburban Ohio law firm, focusing on business and family immigration as well as business transactions. Her subsequent move to Atlanta saw her managing citizenship cases and family immigration matters at Catholic Charities.

In 2016, Claudia established the Muslu Law Firm as the founding attorney. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been a licensed attorney in Ohio since 2009. Claudia is committed to providing honest and effective assistance with individualized attention to each client's immigration journey.
