Gerard B. Carney

Gerard B. Carney is a highly respected attorney in the field of Massachusetts workers' compensation law. He graduated magna cum laude from both Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1980, he expanded his credentials by gaining admission to the United States Supreme Court in 1984.

As the founder of Carney, Rezendes & Crowley, LLC, Attorney Carney has dedicated his career to advocating for injured workers and their families. For over 30 years, his practice has focused on representing union building tradesmen and tradeswomen injured during their employment. Additionally, he represents professional athletes in injury claims and has been a member of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Workers' Compensation Panel for more than two decades.

Attorney Carney is a member of several professional organizations, including the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
