Adam J. Troupe began his legal career after earning his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. He initially served as an assistant district attorney under District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett in Essex County. During this time, he gained extensive courtroom experience by handling a diverse array of criminal cases. He also played a supervisory role in prosecuting cases in the Juvenile Court in Lawrence.

After his tenure at the District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Troupe joined Carney and Troupe in Boston. There, he focused on representing injured workers and individuals in workers' compensation, social security disability, and disability retirement cases. In 2009, he co-founded Troupe Law Office in Peabody with his father, continuing his dedication to these practice areas.

Since establishing his practice, Attorney Troupe has successfully represented hundreds of clients, including nurses, healthcare professionals, construction workers, electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, truck drivers, laborers, and landscapers.
