Neil F. Faigel

Neil F. Faigel is a highly experienced criminal defense lawyer with more than three decades of practice. He has effectively represented individuals and corporations in all levels of Massachusetts State Courts and Federal Courts throughout New England. In 1995, he established his own law practice and has been self-employed ever since.

Mr. Faigel has a comprehensive practice that covers a wide array of criminal defense areas, including first-degree murder, drug crimes, sex crimes, criminal appeals, and drunk driving (OUI). His expertise extends to juvenile law, motor vehicle offenses, student and athlete defense, including Title IX, as well as white-collar defense and grand jury proceedings at both state and federal levels. He also handles cases involving probation violations, harassment, and restraining orders.

For over a decade, Mr. Faigel served as an Adjunct Professor at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, where he specialized in teaching criminal trial practice with a focus on courtroom methodology. Early in his career, he was part of the criminal defense team at Jack Zalkind & Associates in Boston, MA, where he contributed to defending high-profile cases in the Commonwealth.
