Carlin J Phillips

Carlin J. Phillips, co-founder of Phillips Garcia Law in Fall River, Massachusetts, is a seasoned attorney with more than 27 years of litigation experience. Carlin's dedication to advocating for families against insurance companies began after earning his Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in Boston in 1992. Raised in a large family with limited financial resources, he recognized the need for more attorneys representing hardworking individuals and small business owners. This inspired him to use his legal expertise to amplify their voices in court.

A lifelong resident of the SouthCoast, Carlin grew up in Somerset, works in Dartmouth, and resides in Tiverton with his wife and two children.
