Antonio Massa Viana

Antonio Massa Viana is a dedicated attorney based in Framingham, Massachusetts, with a focus on immigration law, civil rights, and constitutional matters. He established Massa Viana Law with a vision of providing exceptional advocacy, mutual respect, and unwavering service to clients.

Having immigrated to the United States at the age of 12, Antonio experienced the complexities of the immigration system firsthand. His personal journey taught him resilience and the importance of pushing boundaries to achieve success. Antonio's determination led him to become the first known undocumented immigrant attorney in Massachusetts. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he made history as the first Latino Editor-in-Chief of the RWU Law Review and won the Esther Clark and National Religious Freedom moot court competitions. Despite initial setbacks in Rhode Island, Massachusetts admitted him to the bar, allowing him to immediately begin practicing in immigration removal defense.

Together with his team, Antonio has assisted hundreds of individuals, from asylum seekers to victims of violence, in achieving their goals of legal residency and citizenship. His commitment to public service is evident in the firm's extensive pro bono work and dedication to fostering a just society.

Antonio also contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts American Civil Liberties Union.
