About Brandt Francis Hollander
Brandt Francis Hollander brings more than ten years of expertise as an attorney, broker, and investor, expertly navigating clients through complex real estate transactions. His practical, business-focused approach aids clients in executing deals within dynamic and multifaceted environments. Brandt represents REITs, privately held companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, syndications, joint ventures, debt financings, construction and design agreements, and property and asset management issues. His advisory role extends to resolving disputes, particularly in landlord/tenant, construction, and partnership scenarios.
Before founding Hollander PLLC, Brandt was a partner at Harvest LLP. His earlier career includes practice at Dain Torpy, Elkins Kalt, and Goodwin Procter. Brandt is an alumnus of UCLA Law School, where he was a Peter Bren Distinguished Fellow in Entrepreneurial Real Estate, president of the Real Estate Law Association, and co-chair of the Skid Row Housing Clinic.
Prior to law school, Brandt worked as a real estate agent at A.C. Lawrence & Co. and attended Yale University, where he captained the varsity football team. He actively contributes to the community by serving on the Foundation for MetroWest Corporate Philanthropy Advisory Board and the board of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (“REAG”).
Brandt is a member of REAG’s Endowment Circle, the Real Estate Finance Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He has been recognized with the Connect CRE Lawyers in Real Estate Award. Brandt resides in Natick with his wife Suzanne and their two children.
