Adam M Taub

Adam M. Taub is a skilled attorney focusing on labor and employment law at NachtLaw. He is admitted to practice in Michigan, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Adam joined NachtLaw in January 2018 following his tenure at Miller Cohen P.L.C., where he worked as an Associate Attorney for over three years. His experience includes representing individuals and labor unions in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative bodies such as the EEOC, OSHA, NLRB, and MERC.

Adam's educational background includes a degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Connecticut Law Review and received the Pro Bono Award for completing the most community service hours in his graduating class. He also earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in specific courses.

Before pursuing a legal career, Adam was a Corps Member with City Year Boston, an AmeriCorps program. In this role, he tutored, mentored, and managed afterschool programs for inner-city students in Boston Public Schools. He also coordinated mentoring programs across ten City Year Boston schools and supported various City Year initiatives. This experience fueled his commitment to social justice and shaped his dedication to advocating for disadvantaged communities in his legal practice.
