Fabiola Adria Galguera

In 2020, Fabiola Adria Galguera became a valued member of NachtLaw in Ann Arbor. Originally from Miami, Florida, she pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in Political Science. During this period, she actively participated in the Undergraduate Political Science Association and gained practical experience in employment and criminal law through her work with the legal counsel for the Hialeah Police Department and the City of Hialeah.

Ms. Galguera chose to remain in Ann Arbor to attend law school at the University of Michigan. There, she contributed to the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law with publications on ecoterrorism and immigration policy's environmental impact. Her involvement with the Latino Law Student Association included fundraising for scholarships and organizing the Mr. Wolverine event to address gender inequality.

Her legal education was further enriched by summer positions, including working with the Honorable Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens, where she explored civil, family, and criminal law, and as a summer associate at NachtLaw focusing on employment, criminal, and Title IX cases. Additionally, she served as a Project Manager at the Difficult Dialogues National Resource Center, a non-profit dedicated to conflict resolution in higher education.
