Joseph Brugnoli

Joseph Brugnoli has dedicated his career to defending and protecting individuals, drawing from his extensive background in both the military and law enforcement. After graduating high school in Pennsylvania in 1996, he joined the Army, serving in the 75th Ranger Regiment and earning his Combat Infantryman's Badge during his deployment in Iraq. Joseph is also a graduate of Army Ranger School.

Following his military service, Joseph pursued a career in law enforcement, gaining nearly 11 years of experience. He served as an Entry Operator and Sniper for the Southeast Oakland SWAT Team and worked as a Firearms Instructor. His comprehensive law enforcement background allows him to navigate complex criminal cases, identifying weaknesses in police investigations and prosecutions.

Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Michigan State University and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school, he interned with the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office, further honing his legal skills.

In 2017, Joseph joined Grabel & Associates, where he continues to practice criminal law. His areas of expertise include sex crimes, theft, drug offenses, juvenile matters, and DUI cases. Known for his honest and open communication, Joseph sets realistic expectations and strives for the best possible outcomes for his clients.
