Bill McCririe's extensive experience includes defending clients facing charges of criminal sexual assault, various sex crimes, drug possession, drunk driving, juvenile offenses, and violent crimes, including murder. His dedication to his clients is unwavering, treating each case with the utmost seriousness.

Born and raised in Michigan, Bill's interest in law was inspired by his father, also an attorney. He attended Brighton High School and earned a pre-law degree from Michigan State University, followed by a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After passing the bar in 1982, Bill began his career as an attorney for the cities of Southfield and Lansing. In 1996, he was appointed Livingston County Clerk and served on the Livingston County Board of Commissioners for five years, including two years as chairperson. Bill has practiced law both in private practice and as an Assistant Prosecutor for Livingston County for over 16 years.
