Steven Glista

Steven Glista is a commercially focused attorney with extensive expertise in commercial real estate transactions and nonprofit corporate governance. At the Kalamazoo law firm of Howell Parfet Schau, Steven assists clients in the meticulous planning and execution of real estate deals and advises on corporate governance for nonprofit organizations. His comprehensive understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing spans agency work, content syndication, licensing, and sponsored content across print, broadcast, social, and OTT media.

Before joining his current firm, Steven served as Regional Counsel, Europe at Stryker, where he gained valuable international legal experience. Prior to his role at Stryker, he practiced in the advertising and real estate groups at Honigman, further honing his skills in these areas.

Steven's career began with a decade of experience in supply chain management across government, healthcare, and technology sectors, providing him with a unique perspective on legal matters. He holds a JD with a concentration in intellectual property from the University of Oregon School of Law and a B.S. in biology from the California Institute of Technology.
