Aaron R. Shahan

Aaron R. Shahan is an accomplished attorney with a focus on probate and trust law. He expertly manages a wide array of disputes related to probate, trust, and fiduciary issues. Aaron is adept at helping individuals, couples, and families establish estate plans, private foundations, and charitable trusts.

Before establishing ATLAS LAW, PLC, Aaron honed his skills at a leading estate planning and probate litigation firm. His extensive litigation experience is complemented by his proficiency in advanced estate planning and asset protection strategies. Aaron is admitted to practice in Michigan, Florida, and Arizona.

In addition to his legal practice, Aaron is an accredited attorney with the Veterans Administration. Previously, he worked at a major consumer bankruptcy firm, broadening his expertise.

Aaron's career began in the real estate and hospitality sectors, providing him with a diverse background that enhances his legal practice at ATLAS LAW, PLC. A Michigan native, Aaron earned his B.A. in Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit. He pursued his legal education at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, graduating in the top ten of his class with Cum Laude honors. During law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
