Adrienne Dresevic

Adrienne Dresevic, a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C., brings extensive expertise in healthcare law to her clients in Clinton Township, Michigan. Her practice encompasses a wide range of healthcare legal matters, with a particular emphasis on Stark Law and fraud and abuse analysis. She is adept at guiding clients through compliance, reimbursement issues, and payor audits.

Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Dresevic gained valuable experience as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group at NBD, where she was promoted to officer in 1995. She earned her law degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During her time at Wayne State, she received the Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, as well as the Dean Scholarship and a Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association (Health Law Section), and the State Bar of Michigan (Health Care Law Section). Additionally, she contributes to the Publications Committee of the ABA Health Law Section and serves on the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
