Paul Gigliotti

Paul Gigliotti has dedicated his legal career to the practice of bankruptcy law since 1992. Recognized with a Martindale-Hubbell “BV” rating, Paul was also honored with the 2008 Macomb County Bar Association Pro Bono Services Award. His commitment to legal education is evident through his active participation in various conferences and seminars.

In 2008, Paul was a speaker at the “Legal Forum For Seniors” hosted by the Macomb Bar Association. His dedication to continuous learning is reflected in his attendance at the ABI Consumer Bankruptcy Conference annually from 2009 to 2015, and participation in the State Bar of Michigan Social Security Law Seminars from 2011 to 2015.

Paul has also contributed to workshops like the Office of the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee Model Plan 3.0 Workshop in 2012 and has been involved in several discussions on the Social Security Administration's processes. His involvement in the legal community extends to seminars on new foreclosure statutes and local bankruptcy rules, demonstrating his commitment to staying informed and sharing knowledge with peers.
