Phillip S. Serafini

Phillip S. Serafini began his legal career in 1991 and has since become a prominent figure in personal injury law. As a founding partner of Serafini, Michalowski, Derkacz and Associates, P.C., he specializes in personal injury, automobile accident claims, no-fault claims, third-party negligence, slip and fall injuries, motorcycle injuries, trucking accidents, and general civil litigation.

Raised in St. Clair Shores and Royal Oak, Phil returned to Macomb County to practice law, focusing on personal injury and auto law litigation since 1995. His practice also includes long-term disability insurance claims, probate and estate planning, elder law, corporate planning, and litigation consulting. Phil has assisted thousands of families in navigating the legal system and securing necessary benefits after injuries, emphasizing minimal disruption to their lives.

Phil is actively engaged with numerous business and professional development groups and values continuing education.
