Richard Migala

With a solid foundation in law enforcement, having served as a Michigan State Trooper, Berrien County Deputy Sheriff, and Benton Harbor Patrolman, Richard Migala brings a wealth of knowledge to his legal practice in Kalamazoo. For more than two decades, he has been committed to advocating for clients throughout Southwest Michigan.

Mr. Migala is known for his expertise in litigating personal injury and wrongful death claims. He is the sole attorney at his firm, where he manages all aspects of legal representation and business operations, including a comprehensive advertising and marketing strategy with a $300,000 annual budget. Under his leadership, the firm has grown significantly, achieving annual revenues exceeding $1,000,000.

His practice has expanded to include mediation and arbitration services, supported by his completion of the State Bar of Michigan's intensive General Civil Case Mediation Training.
