Anna K. Urick Duggins

Born in Hart, Michigan, Anna K. Urick Duggins has spent her life in the state, moving to Muskegon to join Parmenter Law in 1997. Her practice is centered on elder law, estate planning, and trust and estate administration, reflecting her passion for helping others.

Anna employs a solution-oriented strategy that extends beyond immediate issues, conducting thorough evaluations of both short-term and long-term objectives for her clients and their families. Her approach includes hosting support groups for families with loved ones in nursing homes, maintaining a library of resources, and connecting clients with community services such as MI Choice Waiver, PACE, and Hospice.

Alongside Chris Kelly, Anna co-manages the Parmenter Law office, which she regards as her "work family." She appreciates the firm's collaborative environment and its commitment to community involvement. Anna is active in local organizations and frequently delivers presentations on long-term care and estate planning.

Outside of her professional life, Anna enjoys cultivating orchids in her office and spending quality time with her husband Greg and their sons, Jack and George. Her love for travel often takes her to tropical destinations, including the Caribbean's Virgin Islands.
