Pamela-Denise Mack

Pamela Denise Mack established The Mack Law Group in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from her extensive background in corporate law. Her practice is centered on corporate/commercial transactions and legacy planning, where she provides strategic advice to businesses, business owners, and their families.

Before founding her firm, Ms. Mack served as in-house corporate and real estate counsel. She was corporate counsel for a Fortune 100 Corporation, managing leasehold matters for real estate assets exceeding $600 million. Subsequently, she became in-house Corporate Counsel for the largest inventory services corporation globally, which operates in over 40 countries with 20,000 employees. Her responsibilities included overseeing corporate contracting, global data privacy, and FCPA compliance, negotiating more than $200 million in vendor and service agreements.

Ms. Mack leverages her extensive in-house experience to serve as outside General Counsel for both emerging and established enterprises. Her expertise ranges from corporate executive strategy to advising business owners and their families on business succession and estate planning, ensuring the preservation of their legacies.
