After graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Benjamin has devoted his career primarily to assisting injured clients. His experience in the Marine Corps instilled in him the importance of excellence through hard work and dedication.

In the courtroom, Benjamin is relentless in challenging large insurance companies to fulfill their obligations. His Minnesota roots run deep, having been born and raised in the state. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Outside of his professional life, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. When time allows, he also appreciates a relaxing round of golf.
