Luke Joseph Blahnik

Luke J Blahnik established the Law Firm of Luke J Blahnik in Anoka County, Minnesota. Born in Rochester, he completed his high school education at Caledonia High School. In 1998, he earned a Bachelor of Science in History from Winona State University. He pursued his legal education at Hamline University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2001, and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2002.

From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Blahnik served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Koochiching County Courthouse, where he also held the position of President of the Board of Trustees for the county's law library. Between 2005 and 2008, he was a lawyer, partner, and general practitioner at Park Hill Legal Group, LLC in Minneapolis. During his tenure, he managed a wide range of legal cases as lead counsel.

From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Blahnik worked on complex legal cases with several prominent Minnesota law firms, including Faegre & Benson, LLP, Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, and Robins, Kaplan, Miller, & Ciresi, LLP, as well as the Pennsylvania firm Pepper Hamilton. Additionally, he served as an attorney advisor for the Small Business Administration's Disaster Reserve Team from 2007 to 2011.

Recently, Mr. Blahnik has been involved in business services within the Bakken oil fields. He is currently focusing his legal practice in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Saint Paul, and surrounding areas, specializing in Minnesota criminal defense law, family law, civil litigation, and business law, including preparing wills and trusts and assisting with business start-ups and dissolutions.
