John T Burns Jr

John T. Burns Jr., a respected family law attorney, began his journey in Bloomington, MN, graduating from Jefferson High School in 1985. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Mankato State University on a football scholarship before earning his JD with honors from Indiana University School of Law in 1992.
